Cancellation options

For your information, you can cancel a reservation that was made on this website in any of the ways listed below.
In your request, make sure you state the customer's name and the email or phone number provided when placing the order.
In order to speed up the process, we ask you to also specify the order number, the destination of the order and the pick-up date of the rented vehicle.

For your consideration, a reservation cancellation will be under section J of the car voucher terms.

After placing the order and receiving the voucher by email, cancellation fees will apply. Up to 48 hours before the pickup date, the cancellation fee will be 5% of the order cost or 100 shekels, whichever is lower. Within 48 hours before the vehicle pickup date, the cancellation fee increases. You can see them by clicking the "Terms and Important Information" button after selecting the vehicle on the website. In addition, if you have taken the "Operon Plus" plan, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on the cancellation fee up to 24 hours before pickup.
